Rocket City Homes is a locally owned and operated real estate investment firm. For over 10 years, we have been helping families in the Tennesse Valley realize the dreams of home ownership!
We are not realtors who are selling someone else’s homes, nor are we bankers or loan brokers who get paid to find you a loan. We actually own several fantastic homes in Madison and Limestone counties which are available for purchase.
Our goal is to help as many people as possible own their own home and no one will work harder than we do to make it happen!
We Can Do What Others Won’t
Leasing your dream home with the option to buy means just that - you have the option to buy it, but it’s not a requirement. You have the opportunity to live in your home while you repair your credit or build the reported income you need to qualify for a loan. A traditional seller would never let you move in before the bank said yes... we will.!
